ROVING CAMERA
Having a roving camera allows us to move around the venue to give your live stream audience a better feel for your event. If you would like to have better coverage, simply top up $50 for your basic or standard live stream bundle to convert one of your static cameras to a mobile one.
SOUND & LIGHTS EQUIPMENT
If you need additional sound or lighting equipment for your live stream event, please do not hesitate to inform us and we will put you in touch with our regular trusted partners. I am sure they will be more than happy to extend a special rate when you quote us.
VIDEO WEDDING WISHES
Relive the best wishes by watching the videos that your guests left you during your event. The videos will capture all the emotions, congratulatory messages and even funny NGs that happened behind the scenes. The final product will be edited into 1 video containing all the messages in its raw form.
IMPORTANT NOTE
- We will require your detailed program flow (live stream portion) 1 week before your event.
- A site visit will be preferred to make sure all grounds are covered.
- Please ensure that your venue has a reliable LAN or Wifi network that is connected to the internet so that we can tap on. Extra charges maybe incurred if a 4G router is required for the live stream.
- We will arrive 2 hours before event start time to set up our equipment and perform all the necessary tests before going live
- The event will go 'live' 10 minutes before the actual start time.
- You have the choice to choose to stream your event on Zoom, Youtube or Facebook. Please check with us as there are different requirements for each platform.
- A digital copy of your live stream will be return to you in a HD MP4 format.
- Extra 'LIVE' time will be charged at $350 per hour.
